FDF Industrial Laser Cutting is a crucial part of our business. We rely on state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality results, utilizing our 12000 kW laser machine. This machine has the capability to cut sheets up to 1 inch thick and handle plates as large as 5 feet by 10 feet.
Our shop rate includes both the machine cutting time and the cost of materials.
Parts will be delivered as they are cut on the machine; some deburring may be necessary. The tolerance of this machine operates between .005 and .010" for materials that are .25 inches thick or less. Due to the cutting edge, the tolerance can increase by .005" for every additional .25 inches of material thickness.
