Waterjet Cutting

FDF Industrial Waterjet Cutting plays a vital role in our business. We use state-of-the-art equipment to achieve high-quality results, including our advanced 50,000 PSI OMAX machine. This machine is capable of cutting sheets up to 3 inches thick and can accommodate plates as large as 5 feet by 10 feet.

Our shop rate includes both the machine cutting time and the cost of materials.

Parts will be delivered immediately after they are cut, although some deburring may be necessary. The tolerance of our machine ranges from 0.005 to 0.010" for materials that are 0.25 inches thick or less. For thicker materials, the tolerance may increase by 0.005" for every additional 0.25" of thickness.
